The Western Agriculture Labour Initiative (WALI) is an industry-based and representative organization that facilitates and coordinates the processing of requests for temporary foreign agricultural workers.
WALI acts on your behalf as an authorized designated third party and our role involves more than just facilitating delivery of successful Labour Market Opinions. WALI will liaise on issues that arise during your employer-employee agreement by maintaining open and effective relationships and communications with provincial, national and international stakeholders involved with temporary foreign worker programs (TFWP).
WALI’s mandate is to assist BC farmers in obtaining much needed labour for their businesses. We accomplish this by acting on your behalf to source employees in foreign countries.
